in last researsh about amalgam that metal material we used in posterior filling spicaly in molar appear that during mix material to prepare it for apply as permenant restoration the amalgam produce high toxic gas spicaly from mercury that very harm to dentist and dental ass.
that couse am always using composite in case of permenant restoration
